Spring Cleaning of my sites
Author: DJI was getting tired of the old look of Laomusic.NU for a few months now. So around Valentine’s Day I decided to give it a makeover and go for a clean white background and bright colors to give the site that fresh look. I wanted to reveal the new look by Lao New Year (April 14th) and was able to make the deadline.
Getting a new theme is just a start, now we have to clean up the site a bit and make sure all the pages look fine. There are still some contents to be added but hey with the warm weather days coming, it’s going to take me awhile to get the site looking the way I wanted. I’ll save the work for the rainy days and will enjoy the outdoor and beaches on sunny days.
Just in case you didn’t notice, I also went for a new look for this site. I like this new theme much more than the last one. Hope you can handle the grey layout because it’s here to stay for awhile.

A visit to a dermatalogist
Author: DJI have a sensitive skin thanks to the genes that have been passed down to me. Lately I’ve been experiencing itchy and burning sensations on my face and the rest of my body. This usually takes place after I eat food with garlic in it. The result is a nice rash or skin burns. To make matter worse, I also noticed numerous moles on my neck and chest. They just started to bloom like spring flowers in one month. I wanted to make sure that it is a normal thing so I made an appointment with a dermatologist. I was a bit nervous but the fact that my siblings also have moles and still growing them gave me comfort this is a genetic trait.
Well, the good news is there is nothing wrong with my moles. They have been programmed in my genes and decided to come out at this particular time of my life. Unlike my siblings who are getting new moles each year ever since they were babies, I am a late bloomer.
As for taking a test to see what I am allergic to, there is no need for that according to my dermatologist. He said my body knows best and I just have to listen to it. When I eat something and my body doesn’t agree with it, like getting rashes, then stop eating what is causing the rashes. Well, that is simple enough. I should have paid more attention to what I was eating in the first place.

I was so happy about the good news that I treated myself to a nice piece of Fruit Fantasy Vlaai and a cup of cappuccino. I know for sure that I am not allergic to any types of vlaai.
