Two Years of Blogging
Author: DJ15.01.2008

I started to blog on January 14, 2006. The original site was Darly.net but was later changed to this site last year. I can’t believe that it has been two years since my first posting. Since I was in Laos around this time last year I lose track of the one year anniversary or birthday of my blog site.
I still have plenty to do before all the lost posts are restored. I’m just taking it one day at a time. After all this is just a hobby. Thanks for your visit. Let’s hope around this time next year, I can make a toss from Laos. ![]()

I’ve been reading your blog for 2 years now, silent reader at first and my first comment was about your height, and how I was able to guess your exact height. Seems like time fly, I love your posts on you trip to Laos, and looking forward to reading more of your posts.

In your category list, you are missing Amphone. Hahahahaha. Jona-ust kidding, don’t get mad.
Happy Birthday saolao.net and many more…

Hi Nye,
You were one of those silent readers eh? Well, I’m glad you spoke up. Yes, time flies by when you are having fun they said. I’ll be here posting away, whether anyone reads it or not.

Sabaidee Ai Amphone,
That would go under "tag" and not category list. Would you like that? But then I would have to post about you and then add your name to the tag.
Stick around, we’ll see how long this site will last, LOL.

Good morning Darly,
How’s the weather up there? It snowed here yesterday, I can’t believe it. It hasn’t snow here in a long time. Freakin a.
O, forget what I said earlier. You don’t want to put me under a tag. :-) I am pretty boring. I appreciate you Blogroll me dough. I considered that an acknowledgment from a friend.
I think you are doing a great job here. Under Lao tag, a person should find the stuffs that you post…stuffs that are interesting. It is good that saolao.net has a focus. Don’t get me wrong, I like to read your stuffs on laovoices.com too. But I can not imagine a world without saolao.net.
I will the lantern lid… I might be silent at time. Again, happy birthday saolao.net.

Good morning Ai Amphone,
It’s windy, wet and cold over here. Hope it’s nicer wherever you are. I would take snow over cold and rainy day. At least it’s easier to stay dry.
Thanks for the birthday greeting. See you on the next birthday. I can’t promise that it will be as entertaining here as Lao Voice, but eh my life is boring.
