Lao Food - Chicken Larb

I like Chicken Larb on a bed of lettuce or salad mix. I am very fortunate to be able to find fresh herbs and spices at local grocery stores all year round. You can take a Lao girl out of Laos but you can’t take Lao food out of her, lol.
