green papaya salad

I am fortunate enough to have found green papaya from Thailand or from other tropical countries here. Nye thinks I eat Som Tum almost daily, as stated in her Som Tum Going Inter post. She is quite right!

A few recipes for you to try: Green Papaya Salad by Lao Studies video clip, Lao-Style Papaya Salad by Naret Sihavong of Phuket Thai Restaurant, and my own version of Lao Green Papaya Salad.

Enjoy!
